This free 15-minute First Step Call is a chance for us to connect and talk through what you’d like to achieve. You’ll get a feel for how I work, and see if I’m the right therapist for you. Together, we’ll explore whether working together feels like the right next step on your journey.
The first session is generally a longer session as I understand out more about you and your goals before we can get to work. A follow up session will then take place a week or two after the first session, to assess how you’re doing and embed the results. Your follow up session is included in the price of this first session.
